You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to register a return.
How to register a return
To register a return, please contact us by email within the 14-day period at

Customers are responsible for purchasing and covering the cost of the return shipping label. We do not provide return labels.
Conditions for approved returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be returned in its original packaging

Be unused and in the same condition as when received

Be free from odors, stains, marks, or any signs of wear
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved your return, your refund will be processed within 14 business days.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, a new purchase must be made.
